Our Love Story
From Friends to Forever
It all started in July 2022, when Maika and Jamill became good friends who shared the most random things about their days. From everyday updates to personal stories, they slowly became part of each other’s routines.
Jamill would tell Maika all about his dating adventures, while Maika would listen like a good friend. Little did he know that the girl listening to all his dating misfortunes would eventually become the woman he would marry.
Then came 2023, when Jamill visited Cebu with his friends. He had planned to finally meet his good friend Maika in person, but Maika had other plans! Their long-awaited meeting didn’t happen, and Jamill found himself more disappointed than he expected.
The funny part? His friends noticed! Apparently, his disappointment was written all over his face. Everyone could tell he was upset about not seeing Maika, but Jamill was still in denial about why missing one particular friend bothered him so much.
Sure, Jamill. You were just disappointed about not seeing your friend. We believe you.
Meanwhile, Maika had a little habit of her own. She absolutely loved traveling outside the country, and somehow, from one airport to another, she would randomly call Jamill for absolutely no particular reason.
Sometimes, she would be at the airport in one country, then another airport somewhere else, and there she was again, calling Jamill just to talk. Nobody really knew why she kept calling him, and perhaps Maika herself couldn’t explain it either. She just wanted to call her friend. At least, that’s what she thought!
And Jamill? Despite being an incredibly busy man with a thousand things to do, he would almost always pick up her calls—even when he was at work!
Imagine being busy with work, trying to get through the day, and suddenly receiving another airport call from Maika. And yet, somehow, he always made time for her.
Looking back, it’s adorable to think about how two people could become such a regular part of each other’s lives without realizing what it meant. Maika kept calling, and Jamill kept answering. Maybe neither of them understood it then, but they were building something special, one random conversation at a time.
Fast-forward to March 2025, when Jamill invited Maika to join him and his friends on a trip to Bangkok. What seemed like another adventure with friends became a turning point in their story. After the trip, Jamill flew to Cebu, and somewhere along the way, their friendship blossomed into love.
The guy who used to tell her about his failed dates was now the guy making her heart skip a beat.
From Cebu to Boracay, Malaysia, and Singapore, they created beautiful memories together. Then came Hong Kong, where a birthday celebration became even more unforgettable when Jamill asked Maika to spend forever with him.
But the sweetest part of their story wasn’t the travels or the proposal. It was how their friendship became the foundation of their love. Jamill knew Maika beyond the happy moments and pretty pictures. He loved her through her struggles, embraced her imperfections, and showed her that love could be gentle, peaceful, and safe.
And now, the girl who once called him from airports for no apparent reason gets to travel through life with the very same man who always answered. No more failed dates to talk about. No more wondering who to call. He finally found his person, and she finally found her forever travel companion.

As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests. Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Guests not found on the guest list provided will not be allowed to enter.
The favor of a reply is required on or before December 20, 2026.
I said "NO" to the RSVP but I had a change of plans-I can attend now! What should I do?
• Please check with us first. Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list.
• Kindly inform us if your schedule clears up, so we can try to accommodate you.
• If seats become available, we will let you know as soon as possible.
• Please do not attend unannounced, as we may not have any available seats for you.
Do we really need to RSVP? We already said "YES" to the couple.
Yes, please. We will be needing your formal RSVP to consolidate guest details and finalize the headcount for catering and seating purposes.
Is there parking space available for my car?
Yes, there is parking available for everyone at the venue. However, please take note that it is first come, first served basis, so you might not want to be late.
When is the appropriate time to leave?
This event took us months to plan, and we want to celebrate it with the people that are very dear to our hearts. We want you to have fun! Celebrate with us until the end of the program!
How can I help the couple have a great time during their wedding?
- Pray with us for favorable weather and the continuous blessings of our Lord as we enter this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife.
- RSVP as soon as your schedule is cleared.
- Dress appropriately and follow our wedding motif.

May I invite a "PLUS ONE" to the event?
As much as we would love to accommodate all our friends and family, we have a limited number of guests.
Please understand that this event is strictly by invitation only. Kindly check our invitation to know the number of seats allotted for you. Guests not found on the guest list provided will not be allowed to enter.
Can I sit anywhere at the reception?
Please don't. It took us a lot of effort and discussion to finish the seating arrangement, which is planned for everyone's convenience and preference, but there is no need to worry! You'll surely be seated with your friends or people that you have same interest with.
Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your designated seat after registration. Feel free to ask them for assistance and they will gladly help you.
Am I allowed to take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?
We request everyone to keep the ceremony camera-free. While our I Do’s are unplugged, our reception is not and definitely as a couple who loves pictures, you’ll get tons of options to take your pictures. We prepared for this event wholeheartedly.
May I bring kids at the venue?
We adore your little ones, but this event is reserved for adults only. Consider it a chance to unwind, have fun, and enjoy the celebration.
